The Story: When an animated character from the year 2057, Razdek 10, shows our students two possible Future earths, one healthy and full of unity, and one damaged by climate change and war, he gives them a simple choice--" Will you help to heal our earth and its civilizations or help to harm them?" Students do a deep dive into why they matter. We start with each student exploring their ancestral lineages and learning about the authentic contributions of their ethnic civilizations to the global collective. All students will learn about self esteem, self love, self value and self worth and how they matter to themselves, their families, their ancestors and the world. The class culminates in a multi-media 'selfie' video project. Deep breathing, tapping and Qi Gong . SEL .Identity.Community
Dream Forward is Storywurx's expanded college and career readiness program. We encourage 11th and 12th graders to explore their passions, what they care about, what they would do even if they were not being paid in order to match them up with a career that will not only provide money but also career satisfaction, longevity and personal happiness. Students will design an interactive Life Map with education and entrepreneurship options, contacts, financial aid, internships and curated mentors.

The goal is to model how our ideas, thoughts and desire to communicate ideas can be powerfully transformative and impactful to both viewers and Youth Talkers as well. Speaking. Writing. DEI SEL
Storywurx Founder, Michael Fry, uses his 35 years plus in entertainment, branding and advertising, education and social media advocacy to create a unified curriculum for leaders, teachers, students and parents that nurtures and maintains student voice . Student voice begins with adults creating a safe space and becoming a safe place for youth to be vulnerable, share their ideas and stories and to feel that what they have to say, matters. PD. Our youth are growing up on devices, many are are addicted to social media, short form content that can create a reluctance to have prolonged interest, focus and attention during class, homework time and when listening. With so much competition for student attention, educators must co-create curriculum, practices and exercises that engage student interest using multiple modalities. This PD helps teachers to gamify and make curriculum interactive as well as how to deliver engaging instruction.
